Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close and provide ad hoc reports as per management requirements.Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.Review and analyze expense, cost variances for company management.Perform and process accounting entries in a timely manner and allocate cost to relevant cost centers.Responsible for General Ledger & Trial Balance.Reconcile and maintain accounts AP & AR.Preparation of Month end provisions.Preparation of Reconciliations (Bank, Debtors, Creditors & Inter Company Accounts )Maintaining Fixed Asses Register.Perform and process accounting entries for monthly Payroll, Commission, Leaves payments & Final settlements.Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.Respond to queries from internal customers as well as external emails from suppliers.
