Ensure all supplier quotes are competitive Generate Marketing LPO’s for SSS and Nike on a daily basis Follow up with suppliers for quotes, invoices and pictures when required Direct liaison with internal Accounts Document and file all jobs for references Update both Nike and SSS budgets on a fortnight bases Work closely with the Marketing Executives Maintain budgets Keep track of all jobs in the system Ensure Accounts have all necessary paperwork Review costs in all markets to ensure best prices Payments to suppliers made on a timely manner
