DUTIES AND RESPOPOBILITIES AS A QUANTITY SURVEYOR• Take off quantity from Drawing for MEP works.• Preparation of BOQ Based on Takeoff, Tender Drawing & Specification.• Review the Project, Condition of Contact, Contract Document and Maintain the Documentation and Prepare the Queries to Client/Consultant if any Missing Data.• Preparation of Cost Estimation for All MEP Works and Pricing, Rate Buildup of Materials, Labor, Plants, ECT.• Send RFQ to Sub Contractor/Supplier to Get Quotation, Negotiation and Comparison, ability to prepare pre-contract & post-contract activity.• Preparation of Measurement Sheets According to Site Conditions.• Preparation of sub contract payment application• Preparation of exceed quantity and variation Claim.• Preparation of Interim Payment Application& Final account.• Preparation of supporting document.MEP Procurement Works: …………… As well as I can able to do MEP Procurement for Consumable & Subcontractor works: ★ Material Request, Request for Quotation and Comparison. ★ Prepare and Release Local Purchase Order. ★ Verifying the Invoice & Material Delivery Note.★ Preparing Material Receipt Note & Arranging Supporting Document for All Kind of Payments.MEP Drafting Works: …………… As well as I can able to do MEP Drafting & Modification Works: ★ Develop IPC Drawing to Shop Drawing for Electrical (Lighting & Power), Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, HVAC, ECT. ★ Preparation for all Modification Work for all MEP Works as per Consultant Comment with Site Co-Ordination.★ Understand the Project Design and Develop Single line/Schematic Diagram for All MEP Works.★ Develop Isometric View and 3D view to explain the Design to Site.★ Prepare the Co-Ordination Drawing and Update the modification works as per site condition.★ Update the site condition and fine the As Build Drawing Accordingly.
