Team Lead, Organization Development
Current- Design, implement and oversee leadership development programs that increase leadership effectiveness and talent capability in the organization.- Work with the management team on diagnosing problems, introducing interventions, and creating talent training & development programs to achieve organization goals, often incorporating behavioral science to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.- Develop team-building activities and facilitate culture-building workshops.Orchestrate cultural development and organization change initiatives aligned with corporate goals and strategies.- Provide coaching, facilitation, team development, systems analysis, process reengineering, and organization development services in consultation with the management team and HRs to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with the organization’s strategic plans. Manage the work of outside consultants when used.
