I have 10+ years of experience in back office operations (Acount opening cum modifications in demat accounts)• Online/Offline account opening under various categories of Corporate, HUF & Retail clients etc (Managing level of scrutiny) with KYC updation in KRA & CKYC as per new regulator norms • Endorsement / client modification in client trading cum demat account for all the categories of customer i.e. Individual and Non Individual• Handling 7 members team for the processing of account opening cum client modification • Processing endorsement / client modification via CRM which is QRC based• Ensuring the endorsement is completed within the stipulated TAT along with adhering to compliance rules and regulations • Processing bulk update (bulk endorsement - as and when required) • Monitoring CDSL related rejection for daily endorsements and fixing it as and when scope is observed• Preparing monthly MIS (Dashboard, FTR, Rejection Analysis and MIS for request not received) • Co-ordinating with braches for queries/new updates• Handling internal audit as well as external audit for Endorsement Department as well account opening • Handling reconciliation of online endorsement (Like Brokerage change and Email & Mobile change) • Process like account closure, demat, remat, delivery instruction slips , pledge, un-pledged, hypothecation, DIS issuance etc (Maker & Checker in DP back office) • Coordinate with IT team for implementation of online modifications like, Bank change, Address change and nomination updation etc• Specific modifications from hyper soft to CDAS
