The Indonesia Education Scholarship (IES), or commonly known as Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia (BPI) is a prestigious scholarship funded by the Indonesian Government through the Endowment Fund that aim to create future leaders of Indonesia in 3 (three) sector leaderships: government, private, and social sectors.

- Worked in a team of 3 people to ensure the quality of internal process, compliance, and sustainability of AIESEC entities under AIESEC in Indonesia- Conducted internal audit procedures to 5 local entities under AIESEC in Indonesia (preliminary audit to producing report)

Worked in a team of 3 people to becoming a consultation centre for expansion entities under AIESEC in Indonesia in their establishment process.

Created foundation as a new department in the organisation to deliver micro experiences to non- AIESEC member and resulted in 18.9% retention rate to be official member.

Led a team of 9 people and responsible for business development, stakeholder relationship management, program sales, and revenue generator resulted in raising 10 partnerships worth IDR 93,457,000 (USD 7,189) and 14 sponsorships worth IDR 62,000,000 (USD 4,769).
