Working as the Project LEED Manager for the Tadawul Head Quarter Tower, my core scope of work is to monitor all construction related activities to comply with the project's target to achieve LEED Core and Shell Gold rating by:- Monitoring activities on site and confirming compliance with :o Construction Activity Pollution Prevention Measureso Construction Waste Managemento Indoor Air Quality Management During Construction- Involvement in materials submittals preparation by confirming compliance with Materials LEED credits- Tracking progress on site and reporting to project engineer on regular basesDuties also include endorsing the project Environmental Management Plan:- Preparing and implementing a project Environmental Management Plan (EMP) as per ISO: 14001 standard requirements.- Reporting to Samsung C&T Head Quarter team on the progress of (EMP) implementation on site.

As the Construction Project LEED AP, the responsibilitiesinclude:• Coordination with the design manager in reviewing the contractor’s shopdrawings in compliance with the LEED credits requirements and the designdocumentation submitted online through the GBCI website.• Weekly site inspection visits, monitoring the implementation andmaintenance of the Best Management Practices implemented onsite inregard of the Erosion and Sedimentation Control measures on site. As partof the sustainable site requirement.• Working with the Procurement Management team and implementingresponsible procurement strategies aimed at utilizing environmentallypreferable materials.• Reporting weekly and monthly LEED progress to the project proponent,reporting progress on Site and Sustainable Procurement Plan.

Facilitating Design Documentation for LEED Certification submissions as part ofLocal Green Building Regulation,

Project management of large infrastructure works over a site of 728 hectares. As part of the Tenant Coordination Team for initiallyMugahid was responsible of evaluating the 3rd party developers’ designs against theDevelopment code & Master Plan; in addition to that he was involved in thefollowing: Amending the development code and assisting the master planner onpreparing the final document. Assisting in reviewing the project master plan byproviding statistical analysis and projections for different aspects like population,service demand and projected construction activities throughout the project lifetime.Coordination with 3rd party developers, managing and answering inquires comingfrom 3rd party consultants, preparing application forms and managing web basedproject information channel. Assist in coordination with the local authorityand rationalize the building design approval process. Reporting 3rd partydevelopment progress to the client on monthly bases. Responsible of analyzing theProject's Master Plan and re-producing a new revision of the full documentation(drawing + statistics).
