The project was to control the overflow of the coolant system attached to grinding machine after the coolant reach the sensor level of tank and the coolant flow stops.• This was achieved by modification in the SIEMENS Simatic S5 software system using PLC programming in the ladder logic that controlled the working of the grinding machine and its modification by to stop the overflow
