As an AGM at Vodafone Idea Limited, I lead the data and OTT portfolio within the customer value management team, focusing on product management strategies. Leveraging data analysis and strategic planning, I drive initiatives to enhance customer retention. My role involves collaborating with diverse teams to deliver results in dynamic settings.My academic background includes an MBA in Business Analytics from NMIMS, Mumbai, where I gained proficiency in Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. This, combined with hands-on experience from case competitions and hackathons, has sharpened my data-driven decision-making skills.Prior to my MBA, I excelled as a Senior Software Engineer at Capgemini India, where I mastered Java, ECM, and Agile methodologies. My experience in software engineering taught me the importance of cross-functional collaboration and effective problem-solving.I hold a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM University, Chennai, which has provided me with a strong technical foundation. This, coupled with my MBA, gives me a unique blend of skills that allows me to bridge the gap between technology and business.In addition to my corporate roles, I am a co-founder of "DotOrg," a student-run start-up focused on complementing the education of underprivileged children.
