I currently serve as the CEO & Founder of iThrive- India's Leading Platform for Integrated Functional Health. I am a two time TEDx speaker & have been invited on coveted stages to deliver talks & sought out by leading publications. With a MSc. in Nutrition & having studied Human Resource Management at XLRI Jamshedpur, I've built a rich and diverse experience over the last 22 years not just limited to nutrition, health & wellness but also in leadership positions in the corporate world. My vision is to evolve into my highest spiritualized self while integrating my energy into the material world in absolute surrender to the Divine, and in doing so help iThrive fulfill her vision of Healing the World. While I am currently looked upon as one of India’s most sought-after Functional Nutritionists, my journey from being physically, mentally and financially worn out to building iThrive is filled with many meta stories of with breakdowns, triumphs, rebellion, courage and aspiration. You see, for the first 37 years of my life, I went with society's flow of what my ‘ideal life’ was supposed to look like. Not surprisingly, this led to an existential crisis- I hit rock bottom and life literally felt empty and meaningless. I often contemplated suicide. I was stuck in a loveless & crumbling marriage, my physical & emotional health was on a downward spiral with obesity, diabetes, allergies, hashimoto's disease, hormonal imbalances, depression, mood swings & suicidal tendencies. My only ray of light & reason to stay alive was my then 7-year-old daughter. Without her, I'd be long gone. In 2017, I walked out of my marriage and returned to India with my daughter and an aspiration to alter the trajectory of my life. By this point, I was financially broke. When I couldn’t find any solutions to my health woes from conventional medicine, I looked for alternatives & stumbled upon Functional Medicine. I learnt how to look for the root causes of my physical & mental health issues & learnt to harness the power of food as medicine & transformedI soon realized that a lot of people were going through similar problems & no one was addressing this with any care or authenticity. The world was suffering. So, I created iThrive in 2019 Since then, my team & I have reversed 100s of diseases & given life back to people. With our 3 verticals Alive, iARC & Essentials we've changed lives of 1000s of people who've come to us. With our expertise in treating over 174 diseases, we continue to create a larger & larger impact on this planet. We won't stop until this planet heals!
