• Partaking in Financial Due Diligence projects on both buy and sell side and for financial and strategic investors.Main responsibilities in Financial Due Diligence projects include;• Detailed operational analysis and development of the business in terms of operational and financial key performance indicators.• Detailed financial analysis of the Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements which are prepared in accordance to Turkish GAAP, IFRS, CMB standards.• Analysing and calculating stand alone and/(or) consolidated EBITDA as well as the normalized level of EBITDA, and major Balance Sheet items such as Working Capital and Net Debt.• Identifying key risk areas regarding the financial aspect of the deal which may have an important impact on the Share Purchase Agreement.• Analysing of actual vs. budgeted financial performances.• Producing high quality deliverables including proposals for prospective clients as well as financial due diligence reports.• Providing instructions to other colleagues.• Attending client meetings. Establishing and maintaining client relationships to ensure responsive client service.• Participation in the meetings with other advisors - such as tax, legal and commercial due diligence and the auditors during audit reviews.Experience in various sectors such as; Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy and Education.Additionally,• Performed several valuation projects using DCF, trading comparable, precedent transactions methods.• Analysed publicly traded companies, computed their weighted average cost of capital and their multiples for business enterprise valuations.• Conducted industry and market researches.
