-Overseer of the Nursing School set up-Lead community in resource mobilization for setting up the Nursing School-Organize, develop and implement formal employment work force tools in the setup of the school-Facilitate government Approval Process for the school to open Nov,2016. -Oversee heads of departments to mobilize communities in mobilize youth as trainees.

a) in charge of orphans and other vulnerable children(households)-officer March 2013-July 2015-Lead teams in needs assessment in schools.-develop the budgets and work plans that favor orphans and vulnerable children. -Facilitate SSF in supporting children and youth to completing school.-Focal person in resource mobilization plans in education, agriculture, environment, water resources, and micro-credit through improved monitoring tools.-facilitate capacity building programsb) Academics-manager June-2010-Feb,2013 Support recruitment of a Curriculum Advisory Committee for each cluster of programs as identified by the Design Team. Five vocational cluster developedDevelop and lead advocacy campaign to favor the disadvantaged in survival skills for youth in and out of school-Lead the information seeking/sharing process of the vocational schools curriculum advisory committee. -Chair curriculum development and implementation meetings in cooperation with the design teams. -Lead and coordinate the government approval process for the vocational school development.-Support coordination of regional and international contributors(resource mobilization& networking) -Research sources for learning resources such as workshop equipment and supplies in conjunction with the project managers and design teams

-Improve the effectiveness of volunteers engaged in civil society organizations in Tanzania- Raise profile of volunteering in Tanzania- Build the capacity of civil society organizations to effectively manage volunteers-Facilitate organization to access funds for development work and support vulnerable groups

Facilitate district officials in general planning processes-development of planning & management tools & instruments like district strategic and development plans with decentralization of government perspectives and practices.-Facilitate effective planning and implementation process of community development programs , coordinate and mobilise various stake holders (civil society organisations, government units & donors at district levels. -Mentoring distrct community &planning staff in planning monitoring and evaluation programs.-build civil society groups capcity at shehia (village) level to be able to act as viable community development groups in a sustainable manor.-Lead both government and civil society in resource mobilization and administer fund allocations.
