Full day to day responsibility for all finance department affairs. participated in the preparation and filing of external financial reporting and the monthly internal reporting and analysis, had a responsibility for the compilation of financial statements, footnotes,management's discussion and analysis, and all other components, head the account department and managed the team.

•Implementing and maintaining professional, efficient financial control, accounting procedures and systems for all day to day business activities. Budgeting for each operation, budgetary control and variance analysis. Accounts Receivables – Invoicing and following up on payments.Accounts Payable – Preparation of payment vouchers and submitting for approval. Preparing monthly profit and loss accounts / MIS reports for management meetings.Liaison with banks, suppliers and clients.Recommending cost control procedures as a part of cost accounting work. Coordinating and assisting external auditors and furnishing them with required information and documents
