-Develop test solutions with various test equipment based on the test methodology given by customer using LabVIEW.-Study jig development with draftsman on jig design and study which test point is required for measurement and testing. Liaise with supplier on jig progress or any improvement.-Debug software and hardware to improve tester yield before release to production.-Support Production Engineering if any critical problem on tester during production run.-Develop, deploy and maintain shop floor tracking system using LabVIEW interface with server (PHP) for all model.-Study for tester improvement.

- Troubleshoot all the problem unit given by the customer such as thumb print scanner, card reader passport scanner and ic scanner- Analyse circuit to figure out the problem of the unit and being a team player finish work according to the plan.

Assemble test jig - Mechanical part: Using milling machine- Electrical and electronics part: Solder all electronics component according the the schematic diagram and assemble all the electrical wiring and electronics board according to the diagram - All the wiring are using colour code makes it easy when to troubleshoot.

Responsibility on printer machine repairing Troubleshoot the problem occurred with minimum downtime.
