Bhd is the oil & gas company that fabricates and provide engineering services meeting customer requirement with third party inspection upon request.Tasks• Prepare Inspection Test Plan (ITP) & Inspection Procedures.•Responsible for company ASME U-stamp, R-stamp, NB-Stamp renewal.•Prepare Fabrication/Repair Proposal for DOSH’s Submission & Approval.•Responsible for company License Renewal & Audit by DOSH.•Responsible for company ISO Renewal & Audit on QA by External Party (TUV).•Review construction drawing & design calculation.•Monitoring & updated WPS/PQR & WPQ master list.•Conduct Mock Up for Welding & Tube Expansion witnessed by Owner and 3rd Party.•Carry out materials and welding consumable inspection and control.•Conduct WPS/PQR and WPQ according to ASME BPVC Sec-IX with various kind materials and consumables.•Supervise, monitor, inspection and witness all welding activities such before, during and after welding including parameter check and control inter-pass temperature.•Supervise, monitor, inspection and witness all fabrication activities such channel/shell rolling, head forming, nozzle installation, vessel orientation.•Monitor & Review NDT (RT, UT, MPI, and DPT) report & radiographic film on WPS/PQR, WPQ & production works.•Monitor & review PWHT report & activities.•Monitor & review Blasting and Painting report & activities.•Conduct Tube Expand Inspection witnessed by Owner & 3rd Party.•Liaise with owner & DOSH officer for witnessed Final Hydrotesting & commissioning.•Prepare inspection report & final QAQC documentation.Project•Fabrication of Pressure Vessel for ASME U-stamp for Australia.•Fabrication of Heat Exchanger for ASME U-stamp for Petronas Bintulu.•Fabrication of Heat Exchanger for Petronas Melaka.•Fabrication of Heat Exchanger for LOTTE UBE Johor.•Fabrication of Pressure Vessel for ASME U-stamp for Australia.

• Control all the work followed by schedule and from starting until the end of the project.• Inspect all welding by visual inspection and check material birth certificate.• Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.• Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.

• Greeting and guide to seat.• Taking orders from customers.• Clean the tables for new customers.

• Redesign building interior using AutoCAD and Microsoft Visual.• Managing open tenders for contractors to be selected for the project. • Meeting preparation.
