My Job Desc :- Daily Check Finish Good Machining 2 Wheel (Part : Crank Case, Head Comp Cylinder, Cylinder, Cover Clutch, Cover Magnet, etc) - Check & Update SOP for in-line machining production process- Record the Reject Part of the before process and coordinate with the before process- Monthly Report Reject Rate (In Process & Next Process)- Create SOP for new Model-Analyze and make improvement reports for reject in process, reject Next Process and customer claim findings - Prepare and implement the Section's annual work plan based on the results of discussions with the Section Head and approved by the Section Head- Coordinate operator skill maps, equalize skills for all operators- Create an annual budget plan section- Create reports for section head presentations every month- Conduct stock control of material requirements based on scraping components- Perform ISO 9001 document control- Create an annual Man Power Plan
