❑ Had been assigned as Engineer, In Process Quality Control (IPQC) Operation andEnforcement division that responsible for quality manufacturing process of Nitrile and LatexGloves.❑ Focusing on daily inspection for production line process and validation such as machine,software and process validation.❑ Work with Production Engineer in resolving quality issues & monitoring effectiveness ofnewly implemented corrective actions.❑ Line Condition and Cleanliness(LCC) and Compounding Condition and Cleanliness (CCC).❑ Customer complaint effectiveness monitoring on corrective and preventive action,Improvement Projects (digitalization, computerization and automation).❑ Root cause analysis identification of glove manufacturing, product evaluation, changecontrol monitoring and online quality glove control.❑ Drive yearly ISO 9001, TUV certification, QMS Audit and other schedule audits.❑ Quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informationand trends

❖Assigned to High Precision part (HPP) department. Work closely with production and maintenance engineer. Perform supervisory task in production and machining process.❖ Perform CNC milling process and do machine maintenance.❖ Perform final check on finish product before being check under QA/QC department.
