This department was the most terrible quality back in 2014 with average customer claim at 15 cases / month. With continuous effort and continuous contribution from the team, we achieved the "Department with Best Quality Achievement" by end of 2014. Manage to hold the title for 2015 and 2016 as well. First department to win this award for 3 times continuously.
