Provide advice & assistance to clients on the usage and functionality of company product.Supporting clients after sale, identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of client.Developing long term relationship with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.Responsible for performing first level troubleshooting support for problem related to company product.Identify product issue and liaise with oversea manufacturer/supplier and research and development team to meet customer's needs.Manage preparation of tender documentation, proposal and quotation for clients/customers.Perform the field tasks related to any projects with company corporate clients.Involve in presentation and demonstration of company product to potential customers/clients.Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, product seminars, conference and other marketing events if required.Perform any ad-hoc task as per instructed by management from time to time.

Work closely with our clients, suppliers and subcontractors to successfully execute and manage engineering and supply projects.Responsible for project documentation with project engineering schedule and forecast.Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of project with the team.Responsible for sourcing, selecting and cost negotiation with supplier for the project materials in order to meet with the requirement of clients. Attend technical meeting and discussion with clients, factory, subcontractors. Involve in preparation of tender submission, RFQ, RFx and contract administrationAssist Project Manager in other related duties assigned.
