1. Conduct routine internal audits across various departments in the company, including HR, GA, Production, and Finance, to ensure compliance with established operational standards.2. Analyze potential risks that may arise in various business aspects, including operational, financial, and compliance risks, and develop audit plans based on these findings.3. Assess departmental performance and business processes to identify areas where improvements are needed and provide relevant recommendations.4. Review financial transactions and investigate any discrepancies or deviations that may occur in the company's financial reporting.5. Ensure the company complies with all applicable regulations in the textile and garment industry, including environmental and labor regulations.6. Compile internal audit findings reports with improvement recommendations and communicate with senior management to discuss findings and follow-up plans.7. Collaborate with relevant departments to implement process improvements and corrective actions in response to audit findings.8. Track and ensure the implementation of follow-up actions from audit recommendations to ensure continuous improvement.9. Conduct field audits at each subsidiary (cash count, stock count, asset count) and confirm AR/AP in accordance with applicable company standards.

1. Developing and managing administrative programs for staff and student personnel, including compiling lists of student fees and responsibilities for collecting them.2. Creating a school budget plan at the beginning of the year and generating financial reports at the end of the period for the school's accountability reporting.3. Drafting invitation letters, assignment letters, teacher and staff certificates, as well as student certificates, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence by archiving them. Also, compiling and presenting school data/statistics.
