Lead and supervise a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production volumes, quality metrics, and material usage. Generate production reports for management review.

Supervising the labor works and making daily targets to achieve the milestones. Checking the Layout and leveling of the buildings with the help of level and theodolite. Supervision of all buildings'structure and finishing work. Checking the Quantity and Quality of Steel and concrete as per approved drawings specifications.
