• Focus on performing condition based monitoring services in mechanical and electrical parts including High Voltage and Low Voltage equipment using Infrared Thermography Image and Ultrasound Inspection.• Conduct condition based monitoring survey report and provide recommendation to enhance equipment reliability based on the survey performed. • Responsibilities include troubleshooting of incipient or recurring failure and provide clients with technical knowledge on equipment condition and trending.• Preparing project and maintenance schedule, manpower arrangement and replacement part for maintenance, servicing or rectification job.• Almost 3 years’ experience in dealing with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) projects such as substation inspection 33kV and 11kV, Overhead-line High and Low Voltage.•Involved CBM activities such as inspection at High Voltage (HV), Medium Voltage (MV), Low Voltage (LV) and electrical motor.•Performed Power Quality Monitoring at electrical facilities.• Experience and practice condition based monitoring in Transient earth voltage (TEV), lubrication, thermography (IR) and ultrasound (US) which involve electrical and mechanical equipment.• Competent in handling CBM hardware and software - Emerson, Adash,Thermacam & Flir.• Responsible to carry out routine, troubleshooting, analysis & monitoring.• Prepare and present defect reports with findings and recommendations to clients for further action• Analysing the machine data obtained from the software and generating suitable solution by conductiong thermography and ultrasound analysis.
