In this role, I'm responsible :1. Handling call/emails of the Application user issues.2. Full compliance towards defined Operation Support Process and SLA's Process.3. Performing data correction / configuration change pertaining to issues.4. Coordinating between the Offshore and onsite technical / Business team.5. Work with back-end teams to resolve issues and improve our process.6. Contribute to deployment and support knowledge base.7. Troubleshooting and resolve issues in out development, test and production environments.

• Sort company data into available documents to organize according to the date name of the data named to the person in charge.• Prepare financial reports on income and expenses related to the project, warehousing reports, and debt lists.• Conducted factual documentation of ongoing project development and made reports to present to the leadership.• Create staffing schedules, such as attendance, vacation, and leave schedules.• In addition, manage all employee data, pay wages, provide employment insurance, and manage health and other benefits.• Create ongoing weekly and monthly reports, which will be submitted and checked by the project manager and several related parties.
