▪ Quantity Take-offs and preparing of invoices and payment certificates for the company and for subcontractors. ▪ Supervising Draftsmen and preparing of shop drawings and required details for site. ▪ Preparing of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports. ▪ Monitoring of progress on site and reporting planned vs actual progression. ▪ Responsible of ensuring that site is supplied with all documentation and methods to carry out the works

 providing technical advice and solving problems on site liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff and the overall project manager  checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly Managing foremen and subcontractors.  Studying drawings and planning to conduct works in the best way that reduces the cost and time needed.
