I am a marketing and e-commerce expert with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information System from Alexandria University. I have multiple certifications from Google in Shopping, Analytics, and AdWords, and I am skilled in research, management, HTML, and analytical skills. (2) As the General Manager at MMA, a leading marketing and advertising agency, I oversee the strategic direction and operations, and deliver innovative and effective solutions for our clients. I also instruct and mentor aspiring professionals at the Information Technology Institute (ITI), where I teach courses on web design, data analysis, and advertising. (3) In addition, I am the Founder of Shalta, an e-commerce platform that connects local artisans with global customers, and showcases the rich and diverse culture of Egypt. I launched Shalta in 2021, after identifying a gap in the market and a passion for supporting local talent. Since then, I have grown the platform to reach thousands of users, and partnered with multiple organizations to promote social impact and sustainability.
