As per my role as Operations Coordinator my responsibilities included the following.-Oversee the schedule making process, enter Team Member hours of work, time off including vacation, adding historical amount for a previous date worked-Effectively used Microsoft Office to create word documents with the appropriate letter head, font size and visual appearance in a professional environment.- Used strong computer skills to operate SAP which is a software designed to create Purchasing Orders (POs) for Businesses who have a contract with the Bakery. SAP allows to create POs for each individual vendor, my role included preparing POs for both small vendors and big agencies like Staff Plus, Manpower and Lead On.-Effectively used Kronos timekeeping and payroll system to pay each team member on weekly payroll cycle. Carefully entered in all hours for all team members, checked to ensure everything was correctly inputted by supervisors with access to Kronos, added any outstanding pay in the form of historical payment. Approved any unapproved Over Time so that Team Members would receive OT once approved by management.-Oversaw almost 200 Team Members including both full time and part time. Responded to their requests both in person and Via Email.-Prepared orientation packages which outlines all rules, procedures, protocols and contact information to new hires.-Booking , scheduling training for TMs including Safe-Tech Training, communicating with other vendors with regards to missing invoices or outstanding invoices. -Communicating with Payroll on a daily basis to inquire about missing pay for TMs to requesting T4 information.-Workday is an HRIS system dedicated to providing information for all TMs. As per my role as Operatons Coordinator, have to ensure all onboarding is done for new applicants, applicants information is updated time to time including work permits, visas and SIN information. Workday also allows to input Team Members on leave.
