Handled end-to-end Warehouse Management forHuawei logistics supply in Warehouse Operation, Inventory operations, imports-exports, scrutinizing pre and post- documents, tracking shipments, Handling Inventory management of Shein Customer.Operational Optimization Purchasing, expediting the seamless flow of goods, optimizing storage efficiency and supervising team performance.Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.Oversee the planning and execution of inventory audits, stock management, and forecasting.Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to align inventory plans with business objectives. ensuring inventory transactions were accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities. Responsible for managing people, processes and systems in a warehouse to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and that productivity KPl are met.Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.Measure, track and monitor all assigned KPI'S.People Management responsibilities include training, planning and assigning daily work, addressing performance issues and resolving problems.Provide imaging leadership with key reports & Presentations.Reporting to freight forwarders regarding outbound shipments in GCC regions like Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Bahrain, and Kuwait and local shipments in the UAE.Coordinating with the Warehouse regarding picking, loading and alerting those inbound shipments to avoid space issues.Follow up on customer orders, assist/coordinate scheduled ship dates accordingly, and ensure clearance of issues/delays to meet lead KPI.Provide clients with proactive notification of deliveries or service issues to ensure continuouscommunication. Planning, scheduling and conducting Cycle Count, Perpetual Inventory, Brand Inventory, and the complete Stock Count.
