As a highly motivated high school student accepted into a prestigious magnet program, I have spent the past four years studying computer science and cybersecurity, earning four industry certifications that have deepened my passion for technology. My certifications have provided me with a strong foundation in IT, leading to an internship at DALY Computers as a Device Support Associate during my junior year. Over the course of a 3-month summer internship, I worked on configuring charging carts, scanning devices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring quality control.Impressed by my dedication and technical abilities, DALY Computers extended my role into the school year, where I was promoted to Team Lead. In this capacity, I have managed large-scale projects, including overseeing the installation of over 300 desktop computers at Bowie State University, supervising 30 new employees, and coordinating the shipment of over 600 charging carts. Additionally, I currently serve as a Depot Repair Technician at DALY, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for laptops, Chromebooks, and PCs, ensuring timely and accurate repairs with minimal recalls.Throughout my experience, I have developed a variety of technical skills, including hardware installation, troubleshooting, device management, and quality assurance. With a strong aptitude for problem-solving and hands-on technical experience, I am eager to apply my knowledge and expertise to any IT organization. My goal is to contribute to enhancing the technological infrastructure of the companies I work with, while continuing to grow and learn from each opportunity.
