Managing Operation and Maintenance of Pharma utilities in both GMP and non GMP areas, including RO plants, Purified water plant, Water for Injection plant, Compressors, Boilers and ETP.

Worked in Project management department and supervised manufacturing of stationary equipment including, Pressure vessels, Boilers, Heat exchangers, & wind turbine towers of Oil & Gas, fertilizers and power industry in one the leading manufacturing facility of Pakistan and Middle East.Achieved the completion of 1st 2.5 MW wind turbine project of Pakistan.Completed manufacturing projects of around PKR 2.0 billion.

• Routine Maintenance of GENSETs (Jenbacher JGS 320 & JGS 312), including close monitoring of operation log and plan scheduled maintenance activities, due against operating hours.• Maintain performance of Fire Tube Boilers, (DDFC 5 & 10 TPH @ 17 barg), for meeting the steam requirement at the plant.• Condition monitoring of Storage tanks and pressure vessels.• Conduct preventive and corrective actions for smooth operations of other utilities like compressors and pumps cooling towers • Involve as a Project Engineer in expansion projects including fabrication and/or commissioning of rotatory and stationary equipments.• Supervise teams and maintain documentation for successful qualification in the periodic audits.
