• Performed Gas Lift design with PROSPER for Avalon development subsea wells to meet target rate of 15,000 blpd per well while considering changing parameters during well life-cycle and gas supply limitation.• Performed ESP design with PROSPER as alternative artificial lift for Avalon subsea wells to maintain 9,000 bopd per well throughout field life. Both gas lift and ESP designed were included in Avalon FDP submission.• Participated in Anasuria Cluster subsea Gas Lift Valve Change shareholder’s review and Intervene Well on Paper exercise (IWOP). • Directly monitored performance of 30 oil producers, 3 gas producers and 4 gas injectors wells from 2 fields (Guntong West and Palas) with primary (gas cap and aquifer drive) and secondary recovery (gas injections).• Lead 2 reservoir surveillance engineers to monitor performance of 60 oil producers, 20 gas producers, 10 water injectors and 4 WAG injectors wells from 3 fields (Guntong East, Tabu, Telok) with combination of primary (aquifer and depletion drive), secondary (waterflood) and tertiary recovery (WAG).• Performed reserves assessment for Year-End-Reserves reporting and ARPR to host government.
