I have 4 years of job experience and I started working since 2020. During the COVID lockdown, I have been eagerly looking for a job because I stayed too long in my hometown taking care of my late father and I needed to start my adulthood by gaining experience from working so that I can gradually learn something new.Around May 2020, I managed to grab a job at New Tycoon LTD that focused on data entry. My main job is to verify the customer data from the system and resolve any discrepancies in the information. I learned a lot about Know Your Customer (KYC) and how to manage data in bulk. Unfortunately, after 1-month contract, I decided to search for another job because I rejected the offer to continue for another month's contract.Then, I got offered a job at Etiqa as a Contact Centre Executive for a 6-month contract (Renewable). My main job is to answer calls from customer (Inbound Call) to resolve their problems and inquire about the insurance policy. This job helped me a lot in communication skills as you need to deal with multiple types of customers and also you need to be multitasked as you need to handle the calls and also type reports at the same time. After the contract ended, I decided to search for a better job.Currently, I have been working with DHL as a Junior Associate in Data Management. The job scope here is mainly to review invoices and to ensure that the correct data is keyed into the system for customer track and trace and ensure correct data is captured for invoicing of shipment. I enjoyed working here because the job is challenging but with the help of other colleagues, it does make it quite manageable. The job also enables you to work from home on a rotation basis
