I was chosen to lead several projects and initiatives in preparation for the Tamer Centennial. Through cross-functional collaboration, I worked closely with the Human Resources and IT departments to gain a deeper understanding of creating efficient and streamlined processes and identify their needs. In order to pave the way for a successful centennial, I used my relationship building and retention skills to build a diverse network of service providers while ensuring optimal quality and results.• Setting a communication strategy defining its vision, mission, objectives, target audience and identifying relevant internal external and global stakeholders.• Establishing strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders by organizing various events across major cities across the Kingdom.• Overseeing the development of a digital platform and website revamp project in alignment with the technological needs of the event.• Participating in strategy implementation to devise a media toolkit for the holding company and subsidiaries.• Fostering collaborative efforts to schedule, host and facilitate events across major cities across the Kingdom and identify further opportunities to reach members of Tamer community.• Liaising with the Communication Department to coordinate activities and facilitate the development and distribution of promotional and marketing materials for events.• Evaluating existing plans, processes, and event planning services with multiple agencies to identify opportunities for improvement.

In this role, I was in charge of directing the CSR department by developing a road map and outlining implementation strategies. I aided in the improvement of internal and external communication by creating content for a variety of CSR initiatives, corporate events, and raising awareness about COVID-19 prevention measures in the workplace.• Identified and converted company leverage points into opportunities to increase employee loyalty, productivity, and raise awareness.• Created relevant content for the company and its subsidiaries based on the level of awareness and the hierarchical system for effective communication.• Assisted with the planning and administration of CSR projects and policies.• Improved CSR procedures and developed a template for employee request forms for any type of company support, resulting in a 60% increase in CSR requests per year.• Developed content and oversaw video production for a variety of group-level projects, including Saudi National Day, COVID-19 Workplace Precautionary Measures, Ramadan Annual Ceremonies, Qaderoon Network, Sign Language Initiative, and all CSR initiatives.

In Arabic, the word “Sa'aid” means “forearm,” but it also means “help,” and it is the name of Tamer Group's Corporate Social Responsibility department. The name reflects the department's mission and vision of reaching out to various segments of society through developmental and charitable programs.As a CSR officer, I joined the department soon after it was established. Not long after that, I was promoted to Senior Officer. During my time in this position, I was able to plan, organize, and promote a variety of CSR initiatives both in our main office as well as through subsidiaries. I worked on the Table-for-Two program with the World Food Program, which provides healthy meals to underprivileged schoolchildren around the world through corporate and employee contributions. Students were encouraged to attend school and make better decisions as a result of this. It also raised awareness about the importance of waste reduction.

In collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, I streamlined the summer program experience for college students and graduates by acting as a liaison between YIG and the ministry. As a talent manager, I provided consulting services to a variety of sectors and industries, assisting them in finding the appropriate competences and mindsets for their open positions and internships. Throughout the process, I learned how to effectively communicate with various stakeholders while identifying their business and corporate culture requirements.• Managed all external and internal communications while supervising brainstorming sessions with 15 HR experts to offer a summer program for Saudi students• Collaborated with a team on conducting 200 student surveys in order to fully understand student needs and provide the desired program
