Overall daily office operations, improve administrative processes and policies, manage administrative and logistics staff and participate in long-term organizational planning.Key Responsibilities Including:Administer transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports and customer issues.Continuous follow-up with the clearing agents to expedite the status of various under clearance consignments and to solve the problems and remove objections raised by Customs.Coordinate with International Suppliers / Manufacturers to expedite the delivery of goods process.Arranging of transport (Trailers, Cranes, and Forklifts etc.) required for transportation / loading / unloading / stacking of material.Monitor equipment import processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.Issuance & monitoring of clearing agents contracts, freight forwarder's contract, Equipment Supplies contract and material transportation services contract.General administration services and management of the registry, courier and postal services.

Responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to people throughout the organization. Specific functions include accounts receivable and payable, payroll administration, accounting, building facilities administration and general administrative support to staff, as directed by the Management.Key Responsibilities Including:Checking supplier invoices for pricing, coding, limits, authority and validity. Take up queries direct with suppliers and employees.Input supplier invoices and expense claims into the Finance System and reconcile all supplier accounts. Make timely payment of all accounts including supplier invoices, reimbursement to staff, bank transfers and payroll liabilities, in line with procedures and authorizations.Administer preparation of payroll for authorization and transmission.Maintain petty cash.Maintain a proper filing system for all transactions, within assigned responsibilities, for audit and accounting purposes.Raise debtor invoices as required. Act as the liaison point for staff in relation to building facilities management issues.
