Project: Riyadh Metro Project BACS CONSORTIUM Line 1 (CCC Company)Deep Underground StationsBACS consortium is one of three consortia contracted by Arriyadh Development Authority to design and build the Riyadh Metro Project. The BACS consortium of companies is led by Bechtel, Almabani General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company and Siemens.Responsibilities:• Estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction• Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades• Assist Project Manager in reviewing change order request for scope and pricing• Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project (from Groundbreaking through Commissioning and Turnover to Owner)• Assist Scheduling department with developing schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading• Work with Superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans• Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation• Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Engineer & Owner• Insure that the progress of works technical, commercial, procurement and construction is as per the approved baseline schedule• Insure implementation of HSE measures• Conduct regular meetings with project team and subcontractors, identify and solve any obstacles• Represent the company in regular weekly, monthly and other meetings as requested• Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed• Supervise, develop and mentor project staff • Lead and direct the 3-D coordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to start of installations• Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades• Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings• Review and issue sub-contractors invoices and payments.• Review and issue client invoice and insure timely, fair review and payment

Low Current system includes BMS, EIB lighting Control, Central Battery System.

Project: King Abdullah Specialist Children HospitalProject Description:The first Specialized Children Hospital in the KSA with a built up area of 200,000 m². The building holds a capacity of 600 beds that will provide concentrated pediatric care. Each ward has classroom facilities, playroom, and supplies utility rooms.Other medical support services for Medical Imaging, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Respiratory, and Rehabilitation are available on site. Also Administrative areas which are for conference rooms, lecture halls and other educational facilities, on-call rooms and other administrative offices.

The Dubai Metro is a 76-km fully automated driverless metro network in the United Arab Emirates. All trains and stations are air conditioned with platform edge doors to make this possible.It is the first rail transit project in the Middle East region, it forms a critical backbone for the Dubai public transportation system.The joint venture (Systra/Parsons JV) is providing design review, construction management services, and project management services for the Dubai Metro project.It is consisting of two phases:•Phase 1 (Red Line) is 53 km long with 5.5 km in tunnels and 29 stations. •Phase 2 (Green Line) is 23 km long with 8 km in tunnels and 20 stations. Construction management services include tunnels, stations, cut-and-cover sections, elevated sections, and systems. In total, this fast-track, high-profile project requires extensive civil and systems work for its 13.5 km of tunnels, 62.5 km of elevated viaducts, and 49 stations.The Red Line, the system’s inaugural line that reflects Phase 1, opened for business on schedule on September 9, 2009—or just 49 months from its commencement date. This 53-km rail line runs southwest to northeast from Rashidiya to Jebel Ali with 5.5 km of the railway underground in one bored tunnel and the remaining 47.5 km operating on an elevated viaduct. The Red Line’s 2 depots, 25 elevated stations, and 4 underground stations—of which 2 are transfer stations to the Phase 2 Green Line—provide convenient access and multimodal connections for all passengers.The 23-km Green Line (Phase 2) will run from Al Qusais to Jadaf with 8 km of the line operating in a single tunnel and the remaining 15 km operating on an elevated viaduct. This railway has 12 elevated stations and 8 underground ones. Two interchange stations between the Red and Green lines will be located at Union Square and Burjuman.
