Conducted extensive catalyst analysis utilizing XRF, SEM-EDS, BET surface area, micropore and mesopore area, and XRD data to gain insight into the role of contaminants and hydrothermal deactivation of catalysts. Assisted in developing the scale-up model for commercial reactors based on the analysis of catalyst performance.
