• All activities related to Import & Export & preparation of ITRS• All activities related to Foreign Remittances (Inward, Outward & FDD'S)• Monthly reporting to SBR RRD, Head Office, SBP & Monthly Balancing• Responsible for audit of all above mentioned activities• Authorization of E-Form, EIF, FILLING BCA & BDA in WEBOC,• To provide efficient & satisfactory services to all clients.• Comply and implement Head Office Instructions and State Bank of Pakistan regulations as well as ICC standard practice on International Trade.• Ensure the necessary documentation and conformity with the Import Policy in vogue for Letter of Credit opened on behalf of customers after necessary approval• Responsible for audit of all above mentioned activities.
