Working as Process Team Lead having the following responsibilities:• To ensure safe and smooth operation of Purification Plant from control room and take instant decisions to handle abnormalities and emergencies.• To coordinate with field staff for startup/stoppage/pressurization/depressurization /isolation/normalization, of Gas Purification / Gas Dehydration Banks and ancillary equipment’s.• Control of Cooling Towers Chemistry and performance.• To initiate Management of Change (MOC) for simple and complex changes in plant.• To collect daily & monthly plant production and operating data, evaluate unit efficiencies by relating chemical and energy consumption to plant throughput.• To review Lab analysis & Gas Chromatograph reports and recommend corrective actions to maintain quality of Sales Gas as per GSA.• To participate in HAZOP, HIRA and JHAs studies pertaining to proposed modifications and coordinating appropriate solutions.• To ensure ample availability of Plant Consumables and lubricants for the uninterrupted operation through coordination with stores.• To prepare reports with root cause and possible solution of all operational abnormalities.• To prepare REVEX and CAPEX budget of Operation Section.• To carry out performance analysis of Cooling Towers, Boilers & heat exchangers on monthly basis.• To prepare and review P & ID of existing and modification suggested circuits.• Implementation of Permit to Work system and issuance of Cold, Hot, CSE, Vehicle Entry, Excavation and Electrical Isolation Permits• To Formulate & implement new SOPs, Work Instructions JHAs, HIRA, HAZOP & EIA as per prevailing quality and environmental standards• To coordinate with Production and Compression sections to maintain flow and quality of sales gas.• To ensure safe and smooth Operation of DCS controlled 08 Gas Purification Units. • To ensure safe and smooth Operation of DCS and PLC controlled 06 Gas Dehydration Units

Working as Control Room Engineer continuously monitoring plant parameters and guiding area officers regarding routine operations and emergency handling. Data Analysis of running parameters and foreseeing upcoming changes in gas purification and dehydration operation. Keeping close and effective liaison with Production and compressor station on upstream and customers on downstream level to ensure uninterrupted gas supply as per Gas Sales Agreement (GSA). Training newly inducted trainees and employees, carrying out efficiency calculation of Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, and Purification units, and proposing remedial action for debottlenecking.

Working as AE to assist Senior Process Engineers and operation lead in routine operations of gas purification and dehydration, maintaining chemical inventory, Preparation of Revex and capex budget, Overseeing procurement issues pertaining to operation section, 5S Activities, and QHSE standards implementation.

Working as trainee Chemical Engineer at Sui Gas Purification Plant in the "On-the-Job Training Program" of PPL gaining hands-on experience of Operations pertaining to gas processing and dehydration facility

Testing water samples for different parameters and running a purification plant to bring the drinking water with in the allowable limits for drinking.
