Roles :- Engaged with 1000+ member of Gunadarma Esports community through community platform on Whatsapp, Telegram, and Discord to build a positive relationship and gather feedback from community- Managed partnerships with sponsors and brands relateable to esports to secure financial supports for the organization- Collaborated with partners on event planning, such as sponsor activations, booth setups, and other promotional activities

Roles :- Led and managed the 305-members PUBG Mobile Gunadarma esports community.- Encouraged and established an active, enjoyable, and healthy community.- Participated in all internal and external communications concerning esports events, including event agenda preparation and strategic planning between campus groups.- Managed esports competitions for the PUBG Mobile game.

- Worked closely with EO lead Campus to understand the event program, agenda, and objectives. - Ensured proper timing and sequencing of activities due to the existence of two event sessions, specifically Lead Campus Roadshow and Lead Campus Tournament Mobile Legend.- Coordinated with speakers, players, and technical staff to ensure a seamless transition between different segments of the event filled by ESI Depok Chairman, Gunadarma Esports Coach, Head of Telkom Office Region Depok, Head of Disporyata Depok.

- Partnership with Mineski Indonesia in the top PUBG Mobile tournament.- Responsibled for 150 people from Gunadarma University to support the Indonesian team, Alter Ego during PMGC.- Informed and kept participants conducive and follow the rules that have been given at the venue.- Received a 15 million rupiah incentive fee for three days of the event.

- Gave opening speech and motivation to the competing teams.- Oversaw and tracked the entire tournament series.- Created room and calculated the points calculation in all matches.

Took care of all team information, including player biographies and photos that were required by realme. I ensured that all necessary details were accurately collected and organized, and I worked closely with the team members to gather the required information in a timely manner. Contributed to effective communication and seamless coordination with realme.
