As Room attendant responsible to ensure standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in all Bedrooms / corridors / function rooms / public areas are maintained:- Responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public area of the hotel are cleaned and linens are restocked, ensuring the hotel is maintained to the high presentation.- Cleaning of the guest rooms to standart as assigned.- Check and report any maintenance work required immediately- Cleaning room checkout or Occupaid.- Prepare arrival for VIP/VVIP guest.- Answering & attend for guest request- Providing excellent customer service as per the standard of the hotel.- Answering guest requests when necessary.- Report any Lost and Found.- Remove Room Service tray and trolley from guestroom and corridors.- Responsible for Turn Down Service
