Accountability: • Effective communication between Higher management and field Operations with all other stake holders regarding all production and optimization activities.• Archiving all production data for invoicing, forecasting and interpretation• Providing support and development for Production personnel, maintenance team, asset integrity team, facilities engineering team, and Laboratory team • Engaging with Operational Planning and Maintenance activities to maximize production potential which leads to efficiency during maintenance activities• Production Forecasting and business planning (operations part)Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to: • Oversee the entire gas plant operation for safe and reliable operations • Business Planning, Production Forecasting and market demand analysis for company’s business sustain at any environment• Meeting with stakeholder (buyer and supplier) for more condensate production and sales scoping by organizing Condensate coordination meeting. • Operation Budgeting and monitoring. Roles & Responsibility: 1. Ensuring Safety standard in entire Lab & process area. 2. Run the laboratory Analytical Activity in full scale for all Chevron Bangladesh Gas Fields samples as per international Standard (ASTM, API, EPA, APHA). Some examples are: a. Analysis of Natural Gas, Fuel, Condensate, crude oil, Drilling chemicals, Drilling mud, Drilling effluent b. Analysis of Produced water, Glycol (MEG, TEG), Lube oil, and environmental discharge water samplesc. Analysis of Air, soil and corrosion monitoring samples 3. Gas, Condensate quality monitoring and work with operation to comply with sales agreement between buyer and seller 4. Assist Metering Department to ensure Gas and Condensate Flow is accurate and authentic5. Timely Reporting for all analytical tests. 6. Timely Participation in Inter Laboratory Cross Check Program (Round Robin Sample) 7. Ensuring proper records management of Product, Consumables and inventory 8. Lab budgeting (CAPEX & OPEX) for Lab equipment and consumables. 9. Purchasing: Place necessary purchase order of chemicals, equipment and consumables for consistent lab operation running. 10. Annual Maintenance Contract: Review & place Annual Maintenance Contract for Lab analytical equipment to ensure Lab equipment is functional and calibrated all the time. 11. Lead and inspire the team through proper guiding and coaching12. Update all documentation work & auditing for ISO 17025. 13. Review Lab Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)14. Cost Management and Lower Overtime by proper planning. 15. Maintain Key point indicator (KPI) for lab and take action to overcome any back log

• Receive Extraction file from the buyer Carrefour and communicate with associate supplier for their necessary labels & tags of upcoming garments shipment. • Prepare Database for Design of new ordered Tag & Labels. • Submit Production Order to production house for each lot and make follow-up for timely delivery.• Give Country manager & company director regular printing & job status. • Place Invoice & follow up to the customer.• Request Feedback and follow up customer request for better relationship.
