I am currently enrolled in the school of Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering. I consistently maintain a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.54 and actively participate in my spare time. I plan on graduating in September of 2023, at which time I will pursue a career in Civil Engineering. I will use the knowledge, skills, and expertise I gain during my time at the University of Illinois at Chicago to contribute to the engineering community after graduation. I stand convinced that a degree in civil and structural engineering shall allow me to channelize my passion for construction, translate my ideas into reality, and discover how to conceptualize the undoable. The only key thing that was missing was the usage of sustainability in the construction of buildings. To tackle that problem I opted for the University of Illinois at Chicago which is one of the major universities in the USA teaching sustainable construction to reduce our carbon footprint because as much as I love buildings, I love nature too and my goal is to learn an effective way to combine both.
