I did my Ph.D. in Physics with specialization in the field of Renewable Energy from the NationalCentral University (NCU), Taiwan in December 2023 under Taiwan International Graduate Program(TIGP) Fellowship in Molecular Science and Technology of Academia Sinica. The research thesisproject related to the fabrication of high-performance intermediate–temperature protonic-solid oxidefuel cell (P-SOFC) made of pulsed-laser deposition-based functional layers and interlayers. I havepublished two research articles in the international repute journals and other two articles have beensubmitted to the journals for publication.I did my MS degree in Lasers and Photonics with specialization in field of Renewable Energyfrom the Ruhr University Bochum (RUB), Germany, in February 2017. My research project related tothe “Development of an integration process for SHJ solar cell on very thin epitaxial foils with the focuson wet chemical processes”. The research work was performed at the Interuniversity Micro ElectronicsCentre (IMEC), KU Leuven (Belgium) under an internship research program during 2016. The siliconheterojunction cells on 50µm epitaxial substrates was fabricated by using standard wet chemicaltexturing process in order to increase the yield of thin substrate.I did my BS (Hons.) in Physics with specialization in the field of Nanoscience and Nanotechnologyfrom the COMSATS University, Islamabad (Pakistan) in 2012. My thesis research project was relatedto the hydrothermal synthesis of cerium oxide (CeO2) nanoparticles. I have published a research articlein the repute international journal.I have engaged during the last 15-years of my life to get advance knowledge and to conduct researchprojects in the domain of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs), renewable energy, lasers and photonics, thinfilm texturing with wet chemical process, pulsed laser deposition and nanomaterials synthesis,microstructures and phase characterization.
