Provide support to all concerned department by providing resources or equipment, keep own self up to date as well as Techno Commercial Manager for new inventions, knowledge or products. Coordination with CEO and ensure in time implementation of new development or expansion at plant site. Also liaison with Chief Executive Officer for new assignment pertaining with plant expansion, modernization etc. Design specification for all technical purchases as per the need of the plant for expansion or development. Critically evaluate the product specification or services provided by vendor/supplier/consultant. Overseeing Administration, Procurement, Imports, Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Logistics, Claim Management, Compliance, and Warehouse & relationship management.Leads the goals setting exercise for the Commercial, Supply Chain & Warehouse management aligned with the strategic plan of the organization. Monitoring performance of Supply Chain, Imports, Logistics & Contracts departments against Departmental Goals, Procurement Plans & the defined KPIs and advises on timely correction action in case of deviation.
