• Involved in end to end IT recruitment from sourcing till closure• Identifying and approaching suitable candidates through calls and emails • Completing a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employers vacancy • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.

• Responsible for end to end talent acquisition activities for assigned business divisions • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters and job sites • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units • Ensuring that the recruitment process is executed as per the company standards and best case practices and overall recruitment cycle time is completed within the established time.
