Current• Right Supplier Selection, Assessment and Perform the Audit to Review the Capacity and Capability.• Assist in Product Development and Sample Approval.• Conduct Product and Production Risk Assessment.• Monitor the team and review the Inspection report to ensure the right quality shipment.• Supplier Capacity Analysis and ensure the allocated space for Carrefour Production.• Production Planning, proper follow up and random visit to ensure on time shipment.• Leading 3rd party laboratory and Inspection Company to set the right quality. • Supplier lab assessment and guide to increase the quality control.• Customer claim and complain follow-up, taking corrective action and keeping record.• Train the supplier on all Carrefour Process and Procedures and Documents. • Develop different tools and way of working to increase the team efficiency. • Review Test report & Inspection report and provide approval.• Lead over all Quality Management in the supplier base. • Conduct Technical audit, social follow-up audit and environmental Compliance.• Lead the sustainability management project.• Train the new employee and follow up until the right performance.• Implement the 5 Quality Gates in the factory and lead the project to ensure the quality in bulk production. • Manage Pakistan Team and suppliers from Bangladesh.
