Review physician order for accurate dose, indication, drug interaction, contraindication and duplication of same class.Ensure timely delivery of medication to the patient.Timely refill running and accurately checking it with ensuring timely delivery.Provide drug and poison related information to healthcare staff and patients and strict control over distribution of control drug.Prepare expiry list on monthly basis and floor stock inspection for proper storage of drugs and near expiry drug replacement.Review physician order for accurate therapeutic dose, proper indications, allergies and duplication of same class etc.Dispensing of medication for right patient, right drug, right time, and right quantity.Rectifying prescription order and do proper documentation.Work in MS office
