- Lead all digital projects within the company based on the direction from the management.- Track all risk assessment on the projects based on the timeline for each projects and send it over quarterly to the Risk Management Unit.- Maintaining good relationships with the stakeholders and keeping the outcome as per agreement.- Setting up the budget for projects based on the allocated amount given.- Tracking all digital projects by using ClickUp to make sure the PMO has full visibility on the timeline for each project.

- Take charge of steering the company's strategic trajectory towards a comprehensive digitaltransformation of its business processes across diverse sectors.- Work closely with automotive sales and after sales team to fully understand the analytical needs,identifying critical metrics and KPI's and deliver actionable insights.- Analyze current process flow and produce a process re-engineering flow to each stakeholders to support business continuity.- Conduct user acceptance test to all digital projects and produce a bug report with improvements tofacilitate each business projection.- Work closely with data analyst team to come out with insight dashboards across all company’s business.

- Manage solar related drone inspection projects to accommodate the business value and maintainrelationship with clients while following the project timeline.- Work closely with the subject matter expert to identify drone based solar inspection defects based onvisual and thermal images.- Liaise with web developers to produce bug report for the system and provide feedbacks or improvements to the system for business growth.- Present the report findings to the client and give analysis to each project.- Track all solar related projects with manpower available. Making sure all projects are well aligned.

- Manage multiple site team image processing data (thermal & visual) and annotate defects based on given data for wind turbine, transmission line drone inspection projects.- Analyze the defects of each components and provide findings to each defect. - Quality check each defect report before sending to superior for confirmation.- Capable to understand each software used for each Vertikaliti to process data
