• Provide comprehensive financial models and reports to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points.• In conjunction with the Directors, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, monitoring, and reporting standards on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure to own and manage the G/L and the completeness and accuracy of all financial statements.• Preparation of Liquidity report on monthly basis to ensure company has enough funds to meets its liabilities for the next six months.• Preparation of the semi-annual budget and financial forecast and report variances to management on monthly basis.• Prepares complex customer invoicing, which includes fixed price, task orders, pre-priced service calls with detailed supporting documentation and monitor daily scanning of invoices into system.• Own and manage all activities related to the month-end and year-end close processes to provide timely and accurate Financial Statements and all supporting documentation and sub-ledgers.• Assist in developing and supporting short and long-term operational strategies.• Develop and maintain relationships across the company’s departments at all levels as a trusted business partner.• Reviews and supervise vendor payments and employee expense reports.• Ensure maximize payroll efficiency through innovative process development.• Primary responsible for all daily banking requirements and its compliance.• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets and ensure high level of accuracy and internal controls.• Manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and VAT filings.• Primary point of contact for year-end financial audit, as well as other audits.• Prepare annual schedules for external auditors and provide required information for testing and assistance.
