• To monitor loading, discharging and bunkering operation for Petroleum/Chemical product.• General inspection/survey of various petroleum/chemical products for vessel loading & discharging operations, shore tanks inspection/survey Petronas Penapisan Terengganu(PPT)• General inspection/survey for ship to ship bunkering operations and ship to ship loading/discharge operations.• Determine independently the quantity and quality of liquid cargoes in storage as well as during custody transfer and transport.• Quantity inspections includes tank suitability inspection, measuring of shore tanks and cargo tanks of vessels, calculation of the volume/weight of the liquid in tank, investigation and reporting of shortages, issuing Letters of Protest for differences between shore and ship.• Conduct witnessing during sample analysis at Petronas Penapisan Terengganu Lab and Tanjung Sulong Export Terminal(TSET) lab.• To ensure that the product is meeting the agreed specifications; representative samples are taken at various stages of a custody transfer operation for visual inspection and/or testing in a laboratory.• Prepare Certificate of Quality(COQ) as per agreed specification based on analysis conducted.• Assist buyer(Oil Trader) by providing information on product readiness, quality of the product, terminal production rate and also vessel movement during loading/discharging operation.

• General inspection/survey of various petroleum products for vessel loading/discharging operations, shore tank/s inspection/survey for Petronas Dagangan Berhad/Petronas Penapisan Melaka/Petronas Chemical MTBE/Kemaman Bitumen Company/Petronas Chemical Fertilizer Kedah.• General inspection/survey for Ship to Ship Bunkering operations and Ship to Ship Discharge operations. • General inspection/draft survey for barge loading operations.• Determine independently the quantity and quality of liquid cargoes in storage as well as during custody transfer and transport.• Quantity inspections includes tank suitability inspection, measuring of shore tanks and cargo tanks of vessels, calculation of the volume/weight of the liquid in tank, investigation and reporting of shortages, issuing Letters of Protest for differences between shore and ship.• To ensure that the product is meeting the agreed specifications the inspection company takes representative samples at various stages of a custody transfer operation for visual inspection and/or testing in a laboratory.• Familiar with petroleum product analysis; ASTM D1298, ASTM D4052, ASTM D6304, ASTM D95, ASTM D4294, ASTM D5453, ASTM D445, ASTM D93, ASTM D97 and ASTM D86

1.Perform process calculation for Pressure Relief Valve Sizing; *Review P&IDs to establish general location of relief devices, preliminary identification of equipment data requirements. *Develop pressure loop or protected system sketch showing protected equipment, associated equipment and instrumentation, main flows, and relieving devices. *Assemble needed equipment information from plant records and files. *Review all possible causes of OVP and identify any applicable and non applicable scenarios -Review 18 standard causes of overpressure based on API 521 or a revised list based on specific plant operational concerns or procedures. -Document for each non-applicable scenario the engineering logic that ensures overpressure cannot occur. Include any applicable calculations. -Document basis for determining applicable required relieving rates in cases where overpressure is a possibility. *Calculate required relief rates for each case thoroughly documenting any capacity credits or reductions taken. *Calculate the required orifice areas, relieving capacity for pressure relieving devices and pressure drops for all relieving scenarios -Use API standard calculation methodologies and standard engineering practice as appropriate for the specified flow type. *Evaluate pressure-relieving system for inadequacies or deviations from code requirements or recommended practice. *Document results of analysis.2.
