HelloThis is Muhammad Adil Khan. I am an Electronics Engineer Graduate from Dawood University of Engineering & Technology. I was also a part of different societies during my academics like IEEE DSB and I have arranged many events, competitions, seminars webinar regarding technologies, personality development, education with my IEEE Team. I was also a student coordinator in IEEE DSB and used to help the students and try to motivate them to participate in different competitions and make themselves grow. I have arranged some big events like DURC, NPC with IEEE Team. After that because of the pandemic it was quite though for us to do internships just beautiful no company was offering the internships during the pandemic. I have made a Bionic Hand Prothesis as my Final Year Project using emg module and try my best to make it cost effective and compatible for the amputee’s. In my final year I have done an Internship at Peoples Steel Mills under Maintenance department. Where I have visited different shops like rolling shop, forging shop and observed all the industrial processes there. And currently I am doing a virtual internship at ZIMCO International on IIOT & Power Systems and along with this I am also an Automation Engineer Intern at AutoCon. I am doing different industries projects there with my team. PLC based projects, IIOT based, etc. Now I am looking for challenging and interesting environments. Which can lead to professional growth and development by using my academic and interpersonal skills. My current area of interest are •Industrial Automation•Power Sector•Power Generation Plants •RoboticsAlways seeking to learn and never back down from an opportunity that will enhance my skill set and increase my knowledge about my field and want an industrial exposure to learn and experience all the academic and Internships knowledge practically. I always try to get involved and keep multiple things going on so I can learn how to tackle different situations. Ready to work in a power generation sector because of my personal interest. How they look practically and their working along with practical or industrial examples.•This internship also helping us how to make our linkedIn profiles better. How to make our linkedIn profile attractive for the recruiter’s and how to hunt a job on linkedIn or any other platform. IIOT & Power Systems Internship has played a very important role in my life. I get to know a-lot of things about which I was not aware that much and Excited to learn more from it in future.

    Internship at PSM was a great experience and opportunity to make myself grow. TECHNICAL OBSERVATION: •Visited melting & casting shop, forging shop, Bar rolling shop. •In Bar rolling shop the mill can roll round and square section sizes from 12 to 80 mm, flats from 40 to 120 mm width and 6 to 20 mm thickness. The shop is also equipped with auto controlled pusher type reheating furnace and roll cutting/grinding facilities. •Worked in forging shop where radical forging and press forging is done through Long Forging Machine(LFM). It is a CNC based machine used for forging of steel to increase their strength and also observed the working of forging processes. The motors used in LFM are driven by VFD’s and the whole process is controlled by PLC’s.
